Amazon Advertising Office
It’s no surprise that Amazon is continuing to grow their footprint. Even as NYC boroughs compete in the race to win Amazon’s second headquarters, Amazon is expanding their current Manhattan office space with the expansion into 450 West 33rd Street, occupying both the 6th and 7th floor of the mini-mega project and open to open next year.
The new space will be home to Amazon Advertising and will create an additional 2,000 job opportunities in the city. Read more HERE.
This new multi-tower residential park will offer something for every taste, as it’s three towers were designed separately by three major players: Richard Meier, Kohn Pederson Fox, and Rafael Vinoly. The towers reside within a three-acre park to include walkable paths, water features, children’s playground, and more. Hopefully, you have already heard about the exciting new development currently under construction at Pier 57, but there are even more advances in the project released this last month. The Spiral, 66 Hudson
Appropriately named The Spiral, this Bjarke Ingels Group/BIG designed office building will be 64 stories tall and is officially under construction. This impressive design boasts open space on every level, and takes a step beyond “standard” contemporary architecture. Read more HERE.
